Hauling in the net with him, cleaning and eating the fish … visiting the caves and the evocative cliffs of the Nature Park of the Maremma… getting close to and feeding the turtles, which over the years have learn to trust Paolo.
He comes and gets you with his rubber boat early in the morning if you are staying at the Club Le Cannelle or he waits for you at the port, if you are staying at the Il Telamonio Hotel and he will turn you into a “real” fisherman for the day!
